  • Develop and implement policy documents and handbooks that can be referred to by team members.
  • Responsible for administration, monitoring and improvement of Attendance, Timesheet Entry, Employee Relations, Reward and Recognition.
  • Partner with team members and management to administer and communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations.
