Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Graphic Design Specialist/Lead Graphic Design to create a wide range of digital marketing and long-form content. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of visual storytelling with a focus on social media designs, including carousels, GIFs, short videos, and marketing collateral such as whitepapers, infographics, eBooks, sales brochures, PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), and landing page designs. This role is pivotal in driving engagement and lead generation for B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality long-form content such as whitepapers, eBooks, strategy guides, infographics, brochures, and PPTs for marketing campaigns.
• Design compelling digital marketing assets including social media banners, carousels, GIFs, and short videos for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Develop conversion-focused landing page designs that align with UX/UI best practices.
• Ensure all materials adhere to Unified Infotech’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all visual content.
• Work with the marketing team to evolve the brand identity in line with new campaigns and product promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design on-brand presentations for pitches, webinars, and strategy discussions.
• Create visually engaging assets that support lead generation and customer engagement efforts.
• Transform complex data into easy-to-understand visuals through infographics and data visualizations for reports, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Lead the design and layout of longer-form content, ensuring a balance between visual appeal and readability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, marketing, and development to align design work with overall business goals.
• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback to continuously enhance the quality of deliverables.

Your Mission, Your Impact

• Working with the Marketing Team to produce high quality Long-Form Content Assets
• Create high quality Social Media images, Carousels, videos, gifs and other types of visual media 
• Design animated characters and assets for educational or entertaining content. 
• Animate text elements for dynamic titles, lower thirds, and captions.
• Develop and animate complex motion graphics for various video formats. 
• Incorporate visual effects to enhance storytelling in videos. 
• Create and integrate 3D elements into video projects.  
• Apply color correction and grading techniques to enhance video visuals. 
• Ensure audio synchronization with visual content for a seamless experience. 
• Explore opportunities for interactive video elements. 
• Optimize videos for various platforms, adjusting file sizes and resolutions. 
• Present video concepts and drafts to clients, incorporating feedback. 
• Creating a brand kit based on brand guidelines 
• Hands on usage of Adobe - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier etc 
• Provide original ideas on various design elements 
• Handling UI/UX is a bonus 

We're Searching for Someone With

• 5-6 years of graphic design experience, specifically in B2B IT companies or B2B clients, ideally within an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital assets for social media, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, brochures, and marketing collateral.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Experience with design platforms like Figma or Sketch is a plus.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and UX/UI best practices, is a plus.
• Exceptional creativity with a strong eye for detail and the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling assets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
