In this first stage, we seek to understand the target audience persona and the project requirements. Based on this, we define the scope of the project, its goals, and associated risks. Extensive planning, exhaustive data collection, research, and analysis help our discovery team to assess the project concept's practicality, viability, and usability.
We leverage the insights gained from the previous stage to map the user's journey. This helps us to anticipate user pain points and identify process loopholes. We correct them in this stage so that the final product delivered is functionally and aesthetically aligned with the needs and requirements of the stakeholders and users.
Building a web design prototype helps us to aid journey mapping by concentrating on the different aspects of the software design, like its system and design architecture, database tables, UI/UX, etc. The final approved design provides the foundation for its technical implementation.
As the system evolves, we conduct real-time assessments to identify and troubleshoot potential bottlenecks that can hamper the development process.
