Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer with strong expertise in React and modern frontend technologies to lead the development of scalable, high-performance user interfaces.
In this role, you will take ownership of frontend architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure that our products deliver seamless, intuitive user experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead frontend development using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Architect scalable and maintainable frontend solutions for complex applications.
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, rendering, and data handling for large-scale applications.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs (REST or other services).
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving the frontend development process.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Strong expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with TypeScript in production applications.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or similar.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI systems.
- Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Experience with Material UI or other component libraries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with Next.js (SSR, ISR, routing).
- Familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC integrations.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
