The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Content Writer/Content Lead to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping our content strategy, boosting brand awareness, and generating leads through compelling storytelling and insightful content.

You will work closely with leadership, marketing, sales, support teams, and external partners to elevate our content strategy across all channels, being both innovative and ROI-driven. Key responsibilities: Your Mission, Your Impact

Content Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify content trends, audience preferences, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business strategies.
  • Utilize a messaging framework to define and streamline content processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.

Content Creation:

  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
  • Create engaging and SEO-optimized content to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop content that communicates complex technical concepts in an accessible and compelling manner.
  • Produce tailored content for each stage of the buyer’s journey, including TOFU (Top of Funnel), MOFU (Middle of Funnel), and BOFU (Bottom of Funnel) content to effectively nurture leads and convert prospects into customers.

Content Management:

  • Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content projects.
  • Manage and mentor a team of content writers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and output.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and style across all content channels.

Project Management:

  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with North American and international clients.

Performance Tracking and Optimization:

  • Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and execution.
  • Implement best practices for content marketing, including A/B testing, keyword research, and audience segmentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content marketing technologies to continuously improve our content efforts.

We're Searching for Someone With Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in content writing, with at least 2 years in a team lead or senior role, preferably in the ITES or tech industry.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of the tool to define messaging framework and competitor analysis like SEMRush and SimilarWeb.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal etc. and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience handling North American and International Clients.
  • Develop AI-optimized content strategies to align with AI-driven search engines and ranking systems.
  • Integrate AI ranking best practices into content creation to ensure high visibility in AI platforms like ChatGPT and Google SGE.
  • Analyze AI-driven content performance metrics and adjust strategies for better ranking and engagement.
  • Combine SEO and AI ranking techniques to ensure content performs well on both traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.
  • Tailor content to meet AI personalization requirements, ensuring discoverability and relevance in AI systems.
  • Collaborate with AI and data teams to optimize content for AI technologies and future-proof content strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI and LLM trends to continuously improve content strategies and performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the ITES or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content creation.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and their impact on content strategy.
